At Shaikhaffan Perfume, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our attars. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below for assistance.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are tampered with, partially used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized attars.
- Sample-sized products.
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions (unless defective).
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team or call us with your order details.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items.
- If you wish to exchange a product, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a description of the issue and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
